We provide strategic and operational insights from the formative stages of innovation investment through to engagement with potential commercial partners. We have experience with local and international listed companies and startups across a range of industries, research institutions and access to a network of associates and partners that we regularly draw upon to build teams around specific challenges.
In recognising our new Services Partnership, we have dug into our archives and are revisiting a podcast recorded in 2018 with Allison Haitz, then VP Business Unit for Bio Ingredients at Wacker Chemie and now Biotechnology Program Director and Givaudan. In this podcast, we discuss R&D culture, clock speeds and leadership.
