Libbi Makepeace

Libbi Makepeace is an experienced change practitioner, facilitator, human resources practitioner and executive coach. She brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience from both her public sector and private industry, backed by her qualifications in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Executive Coaching.

Her fifteen-year career in the Commonwealth Public Service has included engagements with IP Australia, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Her expertise in organisational learning, talent retention, employee mobility, Human Resource strategy and operations, leadership capability and organisational culture has allowed her to contribute to the design and delivery of transformational organisational change and reform.

Resigning from the public service in 2018, Libbi now provides strategic consultancy, facilitation and development services in the areas of organisational change, communications, service design and executive development.
